Here are some of our
customers' correspondence:
Scott, I need you to call me. My laptop is sick
with a virus. I don't know what to do! I know you are busy, but
please call first chance you get. I now have no computer. I have a
bulletin to do for church Sunday, plus a trip on the 19 that I would like to
take the laptop with me. Please come to my rescue like you always do.

I am the proverbial "I'll get
around to it sometime," type person and that extended to backing up my
laptop. A few weeks ago, the unimaginable happened. My motherboard fried
unexpectedly, leaving me with a whopping $150 bill from a local computer repair
shop just to tell me that my motherboard fried. "Oh and since we
couldn't recover any data, here is the address of a place in Chicago where
you can send your laptop and for about $160, they'll see if they can't recover
at least some of it." As you can imagine, I had multiple heart
attacks. Then I found out about K9 Computer Repair in Paducah. The general
manager, Scott assured me that if he couldn't recover my data, there would
be no charge. This was amazing. He offered to pick up my broken laptop
from my home. More amazing. I crossed my fingers as he picked up my laptop and
when he returned it the next day, I couldn't believe it. He'd recovered all of
my documents, my email address book and a whole lot more. The fee was much less
than what I'd have had to pay the Chicago firm and the turn-around time was
incredible. Do I recommend K9 PC Repair? You bet! Thank you Scott and all
from K9. Now I know what you mean by "A PC's best friend."Tamra
